Proudly announcing the opening of the TOBBACCO BAR in Senorbi'/Sardinia, designed by Gerets Studio/Riccardo Diana, alumni of URBAN TECHNIQUE V (The Cagliari Project 2009-2011): "The driving concept was to put an object inside a box, an existing structure, and modelling a static space with the use of fluid lines. An object within an object that generates a place without borders."

Xinyu Wan Alumni of the Urban Strategies Branch Excessive is currently assisting at the 2012 D[a]L Digital Fabrication Summer Workshop, conducted by the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Hunan University, Changsh Hunan, China. Investigating the translation from "Computation to Fabrication", this years workshop is lead by Studio Director Prof. BiaoHu, Co-directed by Yu Du, and tutored by Johannes Elias and Xinyu Wan.
