Is an Architect (FA/TU Lisbon), holding an MSc in Urban Strategies (University of Applied Arts, Vienna).
Currently she is a researcher member of the metropolitan research group MURBS-CIAUD/TU Lisbon and PhD Candidate in Urban Planning at FA/TU Lisbon and DUOT-ETSAB/UP Catalunya, with the on-going thesis "Metropolitan Filaments - The emergence of specialized urban morphologies in Lisbon's metropolitan territory". Since 2001, she has collaborated with several studios in The Netherlands and Austria, an architect and urban planner and is currently established in Lisbon, where she has been developing projects and cooperations in the fields of architecture, urbanism and transdisciplinary crossings.
Her research interests include the study of metropolitan areas, urban planning, urban morphology infrastructural networks and resilience.
